Good Morning,
I had started Magicka School over a year ago, and I found it to be a warm place where I can study, ask questions and connect with like-minded people. Then things in my personal life kind of came unglued and I went through a serious soul searching period. I lost my faith, I questioned everything about myself, and I thought I was lost. Then I did a workshop with a shaman at the yoga studio I go to. She said that when a caterpillar goes into it's cocoon it has to liquify itself before it becomes a butterfly. And I realized that that's where I am right now, and that it's ok. I'm learning to listen to my own voice and my own heart. Paganism has always been in my heart. Even as a kid when I didn't know the words Pagan or Wiccan I felt a deep connection with nature, a spiritual connection. Now I know it's not a phase, it's not something I'm doing to rebel or just to be different; it's what's in my heart. Time to stop living in the world of "right" and "wrong" and just be me, not what I think people want me to be, but me listening to my voice, and following my path. It's a little scary because I've always tired to be what everyone else wants me to be, but it feels really good. Being the truest form of yourself is true freedom.

Welcome back and congratulations on your courage. Everyone has the right to be oneself.
I went through the same as you just did about a year ago.
First confusion and feeling lost, then complete emptiness and now I know who and what I am. I feel good now and I am well on my way.
Once I started being true to myself, without fear and guilt, many doors opened and life became colorful and exciting again.
I am happy for you.

Welcome back Nikipixi. I have been going through some similar struggles this year. It can be hard for me because I am a people pleaser however, I am learning that what I want/feel matter as well. Glad you are back. Blessings, Opehlia
