I have been having a rough couple of days. Today I am thankful for the support of my family and friends.
I am thankful to the outreach program for getting me a referral for help with my depression.
My affirmation today: I shall regularly give thanks for all my blessings.

What a wonderful idea:
I must agree, to find the good or positive is the easiest and bestt what to fight negative energies: As for me there are far too many positive aspects to list in this single blog entry. I affirm that I will come to this site every day and list at least one positive thing that I experience that day.
As for today, I had a dinner at a friends house. Got to spend time enjoying her and her lovely children.

Today I am thankful for a day to be able to rest my ankle.
I am thankful for time to work on beginner's tarot class.
I am very thankful to have gotten a 100 on my lesson 6 test in beginner's tarot.
I am thankful for a nice day that was neither too hot nor too cold.
I am thankful for a nice meal with my family.
I am thankful for friends and family.
I am thankful for Magicka School. I love it here.

I have had a busy day and am very tired, therefore, I am thankful that I have a comfortable bed, a roof over my head and a gorgeous husband to snuggle with.

Well it's Saturday morning before 7am and I am awake... not by choice, at least not my choice. My cat seems to feel that when the birds start chirping at the break of dawn thats her cue to start waking me. In doing this I get to enjoy the first morning light with a cup of coffee in quiet contemplation of the day ahead and how to recognize the blessings around me. All this being said, today is going to be a beautiful, warm, sunny midsummers day. That alone is a blessing to me. To all that read this post. Have a blessed day!

Today I am grateful for wonderful friends that provide encouragement and support.
I am thankful and have a sense of accomplishment for completing my daily water goal in my quest to live a healthier lifestyle.
I am thankful for a wonderful and supportive partner.
I thankful for the courses her at Magicka. I have been learning so much more than I could on my own.
I am grateful for beautiful summer days.

Today I am grateful for finding the strength to get through this day 5 minutes at a time.
I am grateful for finally finding the courage to reach out for professional help with my depression. My first appointment is on Friday.
My affirmation: I have the strength and courage to continue with each day.
