I have to work with a woman that I feel vety strong feelings of anger animosity and hate coming from her. She is angry with me because I wouldnt lie for heratwork and get the charge nurse in trouble when she got injured at work. These feelings are so strong that I feel her before I see her. Any advise will be appriciated and welcome. And yes it does affect me and my job performance.

Have you thougth about doing a spell of protection or charging a crystal or charm of some kind with protection. You could also shield yourself.

Yes I have. I just started studyin last week and am not sure about how to go about it. I do have some Tigers Eyes, I have cleansed them with ses salt water, I don't know how to charge them.

You can charge them by doing a ritual and stating your intent into the crystal or naclace or any other jewelry you wear.

You may also want to create some protection for the charge nurse, since it sounds like it's not just you she's angry at...For that matter, perhaps you're dealing with an angry person who needs their anger diffused. Perhaps a working to protect yourself and others while diffusing the anger might be in order.

I think if it was me I'd be putting up some pretty strong shields e.g. do some breathing to a count of 8 (breathe in for a count of 8, hold for a count of 8 then breathe out for a count of  then visualize a beautiful, bright ball of white light above your head. Know that this light has come from the divine and imagine it entering your aura and then travelling down your whole body. Only good can penetrate this glowing beautiful light and anything she (or anyone else, for that matter) throws at you will bounce off it and not be able to harm you in any way. Do you have a spirit animal that will protect you - if you do call him/her to you. As Katherined says - a good protection spell would be in order, too. Briganta

I would charge the stones while doing the exersise that Briganta has suggested. Put them in your domminant hand while doing the sheilding exersise. This is a great way to charge them and put intent into them at the same time.

Please do not take what I am going to say the wrong way, but: I understand that you have been wronged but then do you feel this is really the place to work...maybe there is a larger issue at hand, a hint from the universe to think about changing jobs...while doing all the protection maybe you should ask yourself: is it worth it or in the longer term should I be looking for something to do where I don't need protection spells every day before I even get to work?' It can get tedious to always have to protect oneself always be on the lookout...

I have to agree here.. I dont see it as a 'wrong way' reply at all. I own a business & Ive had a few people who worked for me that were just delightful & positive when they began... then, things turned around BIG TIME! I got tired of having to constantly keep putting up protection spells, cleansing the shop (just for them mind you) and it turned out... they figured they had put in their time and they wer owed by all... sorry but negative people are so very draining, and I am sorry to say it but it came to a point of them or me... and its my business! I learned very quickly to not hire on the spot if I felt they were a good fit... I make everyone wait now for a second interview and that one?.. just to see their aura. Nerves can show through in my opinion and ones true color can be seen.
Bottom line?.. Yea... I was being 'told/shown' by trial & error just what I needed to do.

I believe you are right about changing jobs, I have actually been looking for one. I just want to have one lined up before I quite this one. I did what everyone suggested and it worked, so now I am being attacked vebally. I guess I need to do a ritual for a new job.
