I'm fairly new to all of this, but have known this is where I would end up, if that even makes sense! anyways, I have been meditating near my alter this past week, I usually dont. so I was sitting there meditating just trying to clear my mind and let the thoughts flow in and out as they pleased but it didnt work this time - I had nothing until a few minutes in, I saw a flash of the triple Goddess, then one of the God and Goddess and they just kept hovering, morphing one into the next and "flying" slightly to the left. When I came back to reality, my whole body felt different, not good or bad, just different.
That was yesterday and I'd like to meditate again today but Im kind of nervous, since I have no idea what to interpret that as.
Any Ideas?
