i have been having a go at using a crystal ball. actually kinda funny i was walking past a market stall and something made me stop and have a look at the crystals, and there was a flourite half-sphere that was the result of a ball being dropped. so i now have half a flourite crystal ball, lol. i have had a few interesting experiences, but i am still getting the hang of it. even when i am not trying if i look at it, it feels like something is dancing at the corners of my vision.
have to learn more. :)
then tarot, runes, tea leaves, pendulum, numerology..........

Greetings everyone,
I prefer the runes for divination however am looking into scrying and seering. I have had a bit of a laugh with what I saw while scrying and have learnt to ask very definite questions not general ones. When I asked "what does my future hold" I saw a man looking into a large open book. The next night saw exactly the same scene on Pirates of the Carribean 3. Just about choked on my drink laughing. Hence, will now ask better defined questions. Feel free to PM if you have any comment to make.

Vicky

I have so many that I am not sure which I prefer. I know I like the runes, But I do not "really" how to read the runes. I just got a crystal ball from my aunt for my birthday that I would really like to learn how to do. I just have not had anyone return my post on how to do anything :? . I also have tarot cards, and the fairy oracle cards. I get good vibrations with them, but do not fully understand them yet. The runes I am still learning though. The runes were my very first calling and have never strayed from. I feel very strong with still, but now I feel a pull with this crystal ball too. I just wish someone would reply to my post.

Brightest Blessings!

I got a crystal ball as well but like you I am not quite sure on how to get the best out of it. I tried it once and I got a old lady but she just stared at me...kind of un nerved me abit so I put it away until I can learn more about it.

I'm currently signed up for the beginner's Tarot course, but I'm feeling a strong pull to Runes. Though I haven't used them as such, they are my favourite form of Divination to research.

I am working with reading the Tarot Cards. At this point, I only have one deck. I use The Enchanted Tarot. I have really connected with this deck. The images are awesome. They bring out the "hopeless romantic" in me.

I hope to learn other methods of divination soon.

i have used a variety of forms of divination. I always come back to the pendulum (my first love) and the Tarot....

I have never been taught formally to use any of them and so I read them differently to others I know. I still get the meanings and often give people an insight into things that even they didn't know.

I have worked with candles, water scrying, crystal ball even smoke divination.

I did once try the runes but didn't get very far with them. I put them away for a while and when I went back to them all the markings had come off..... obviously not the best form of divination for me then lol

I love this side of magick and work a lot on divination with my working partner. Its sad really that we aren't going to be able to work together much anymore as I am moving away. We both learnt a lot from each other.... but I will never try crystal gazing with him around again. Last time I tried things went a bit crazy as I was reading for him.

Tarrot and Visions.
Some crystal gazing, but I'm still learning that.

I love using my crystals, there are so many different ways to use them. I have used them for healing and divination. I have to clean them after I use them so that they are ready when I need them.

I am also a big fan of astrology and numerology. And that is my first love. So much still to learn!!

Personally I think all of them are fasinating. I've only worked with tarot, and today got a pendulum. The results have been good so far, and it seems the more I work with it the faster it is at giving me an answer. I keep asking things about my relationship with my boyfriend. I hope what it has told me is true, I shall be one happy bunny if it is.

I'm very interested in rune divination but I've never tried it. However, I'm already quite familiar with runes so trying out rune divination will be just another step on my runic journey.

At the moment I'm a little skeptical and I keep wondering if runic divination works or not so I think I'm not ready for it yet. Oh well. I guess I just have to wait. :? Heh, does anyone know any good tricks to make that shadow of doubt disappear?

The thing is, even if rune divination was something made up in the past 40 years (which I don't believe it was, there is a bit of archaeological evidence that indicates that runes - at the very least - were used for magic, which suggests they have enough power to be used in divination), it doesn't make the method any less valid or real. But trying will be the best way to help your doubt to dispel. :)

All of it! *grins* Specifically, though, I'm interested in runes at the moment. I like the thought of a divination device given by a god. It makes it seem more valid, to me.

Norse Runes and tarot. I wonder if "reading" animal signs would count too...but anyways, runes were my first. I've been doing both of them for several years now, but there's always so much more to learn and explore about them. That's got to be the best part of divination.
