I use tarot, palmistry, pendulums, numerology, and some symbology. i'm also a dreamer, and can occasionally get random visions, some precluding to the physical world, but most involving visiting creatures and such for those within my group (usually dragons). although the problem i'm having at this point is i can't find a pendulum or a crystal ball that i'm feeling a connection to. i found one selenite ball that i might be able to work with, but otherwise, i'm having a hard time truly connecting to them. any suggestions?

Geomancy

Have you been doing Geomancy long. What do you use - sand, earth or stones?

I use coins and sand. I made one set just the other day with quarters and model paint and then laxered(?) them. I also made some out of colored clay and let them dry. I have a wooden box that I sealed and bolt some colored sand that felt right. Then I found a wand in the forest that called to me when I was looking for a wand just for geomancy.

I like the clay coins the most then the quarters I made than the sand. But some days its the other way it just depends. I do enjoy having the coins to be able to carry them around and even tossing them down not many people notice cause its just like change dropping.

If your wondering how I did it.

Clay just went to store got a cookie cutter that was smaller than a half dollar. Cut out a yellow, green, red and blue coin then put one dot on one side of them and two on other. Let them dry for a couple days and they seem to have held up and I saved the clay in zip lock baggie encase I need more.

Quarters I use modeling paint same colors and dipped them in it and let them soak for awhile pulled them out and used a brush to paint on 1 dot on one side and two on other like above. (Black dots for both)

Went to store bolt a large zin garden box made sure it was sealed and fixed a couple small spots with glue sanded it out and then went to arts and craft store to find sand. Went with a crimson color sand looks lovely.

I see, I think, lol. Then what do you do with everything? I must sound like a dim wit but I've never used anything like this Do you toss the clay coins - and now you have the sand in a large tin (you said zin but I'm thinking that was maybe just a typo?) garden box - now what do you do with everything? Or instead of tossing the clay coins do you put them in the tin box and shake it? Sorry to be so unknowledgeable about this

For the coins you toss them one at a time or all at once and they bring you 4 lines each one is an element that is other passive or active (1 dot = active 2 = passive) zen garden box = wooden. It is a box full a sand and I use a wand and I will think of my question and block over everything else just like any other form of divination then I will draw lines not thinking about how many im drawing. Will stop when I feel its right and move to next line tell I have drawn 4 (thinking this way applies to coins). You repeat this 16 times to get a full chart then you read the chart.

I didnt really connect with Tarot, so I'm deciding to start studying runes. I remember my mother using them when I was a kid, so there is more of a connection there. Just got an interesting book on them, and need to find a good set of runes now.
