I havent had much experience with Automatic writing, but I have had one positive experience recently, of all places in the the shower!


I was in the shower, nice relexed daydreaming like I do, and then I felt I wasnt alone. the shower cubicle was all steamed up, but I didnt feel scared.


I just leant back, and felt my hand wanted to gluide upwards, so I went with it, like a involuntary movement. I closed my eyes, not wanting to effect what was happening. My fingers then glided across the glass of the cubicle, i couldnt tell what I was writing, but I went with the flow, I just remember centering alot on my navel as I went in to myself. Then all of a sudden I had a vision of red hair.


I opened my eyes assuming I drew a rune or something nordic as I have been drawing runes recently daily along with my daily tarot, but I saw a abbreviation instead.

Lymy? what the hell was that I thought. never heard of it before, and I know my internet abbreviations. I figured it was just something incorhenrent. Then I got more and more curious about looking it up.

so once I was dressed, I went and googled it. Then I got a shock.

It stands for Love You Miss You. I grandmother died last year, and she was natural red head!

Thats my only one experience of it though, I have tried again since, but it has been a bit pooish

Without going into alot of detail, my first try said ( not in these words )
that my family would be happy. The last thing i would think right now, considering everything thats been going on. Well my daughter landed a good job today, and my son found a house to move into ( he only had until the 1st of Dec. to move ) So to say the least i was stuned.

It had said on the last line to underline every 5TH word and thats how i got the message, that things would be OK. It was the next day!!! all this good stuff happened.

I have tried automatic writing before although I am not sure who it was I communicated it, think possibly angel bathemial- the angel of clouds & the earth. It was very interesting write and the handwriting came up different to my own. You can tell, as the voice is slightly different in comparison.

Thanks Jas and mad madam mim. I'm reading and working Penczak's Inner Temple of Witchcraft and he recommends doing this for at least 3 pages daily. I haven't because I had no idea where to start. Will give it a try. Or should I use Yoda's philosophy. There is no try, there is only do or do not.

my 4 year old does this scrawly circle writing and sometimes words or letters appear. he cant actually write/spell etc.... but sometimes things pop up. he also sees spirits etc so im wondering if AW will be a talent of his oneday
