Location: playing among the fairies,,,so much fun
actually something very simple , can help this,,,,,,,
vinegar......
get some,,,get a spray bottle and fill it up with water,,,and add about 1/4 cup of vinegar, spray your shoes with this,,,inside,,and let air dry,, you do not have to soak the shoes,,,the vinegar is a natural disinfectint, plus, de-oderizer.........
as for you feet,,,,this is problably a fungus, such as athelets feet,,ect,,
but if you would soak your feet in a solution of 1/3 vinagar, and 2 parts water, for 20 minutes or so,,, and make sure you towel dry,,,,and let you feet air out,,,,,between the toes ,,,is what really needs to be dried,,,,
if the problem persists, after 2 weeks, of trying this , then you should really see a doctor, and get precribed some medication,, you can get foot cream over the counter, but i would if possible go see your family doctor ,to make sure thiers not a underlying problems......

Hope this helps,,, having 4 boys,,,,,i can understand stinky feet....lol

if you can wash you shoes, or cleanse them all...,before you start....
as it will not do no good,,, to work on getting your feet heald, if your just going to put you feet into dirty shoes....cause if it is like athelics foot it will stay in your shoe,,,,,so clean all your shoes,,,,,spray with vinegar, air dry, or dryer dry....
soak your feet everyday, if you can for 2 weeks,, once it clears you, you should just soak you feet,,,every couple of days, but you can still sprits them with the vinegar/water solution in spray bottle, and dry....

Namaste

Foot odour can be a sign of an excess of yeast and sugar in the body. Try cutting right back on starches and breads etc, get back to a plant-based diet as much as possible, drink heaps of water (flushes your system) and try to go barefoot as much as possible, or wear natural fibres on your feet if you must wear shoes.

I agree with Magenta, foot odor usually is a sign of yeast/fungus. Sugar in the diet feeds the yeast. For fungus to reach the feet, there's usually an internal thing going on. You can help this with oil of oregano. Start with a few drops in a shot glass of water morning and evening. Work your way up to 20 drops at a time. The reason for working up to the 20 drops is to prevent the fungus/yeast from dying off very suddenly which can cause headaches and nausea.

Go barefoot or wear sandals as much as possible and thow away all socks with synthetic fibers. Use only cotton or wool or cotton-wool blend socks. Bleach all the socks and dry in the sun. Turn inside out and bleach again and dry in the sun again. The vinigar treatment that Silver Phoenix Willow suggests will work perfectly. It wouldn't hurt to pat on straight white vinigar after the soaking as well. As she said make sure feet are very dry, use a blow dryer if needed.
