I agree that we all need to help each other. The non magical world can and is a harsh place. So it is nice to get advice and help from other magically inclined people. I know that I posted for some advice and I hope that someone wiser than me can help.

The Crone is a dear old lady, treasured by Pino and a very close friend....in fact, they're so close, it's as if they are the same person!

Cassandra, there are some things we are just not intended to know.
This, I think, is one of those.
Pino must be allowed his fun as well.
Let's just go along with the Crone being his retired Nanny who, being out of places to stay, came to Pino one rainy night and begged for a job.
She's a grey little lady in grey clothing in a grey little room with just the one bare bulb above her rickety old desk.
She works tirelessly far into the night, counting Pino's money and paying his bills.
