Hiya hoviariel,
First off let me say welcome to Magicka
Now the exam is a multiple choice exam there are 25 questions in the exam I will give you a hint when taking the exam when you have made your choice for your answer click on the black part of the screen next to where your answer is to lock it in as sometimes it will change your answer when you scroll down the page
The exam only consist of things that are in the lessons but everything is up for grabs from the lesson in the exam like footnotes, book titles authors names etc.......
But most of all just relax and it will all be fine
Good luck on your exam
Love and Hugs Ink

Study everything! The footnotes wil containl a lot of the questions. My sugestgion to you is to reread the lesson bfore you take the test and print out the lesson. Highlight things that you may find relevant and keep it handy while you take the test. I also copy all th vocab into a notebook. I've found that these steps work well. There are also mock exams in your mentor group if you have one. If you are not in one I highly suggest joining one. They are a great tool. We have room in our group so if you would like to joing go to http://www.magickaschool.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=59
Start a new topic and just say I would like to join Lindsayrebel's wicca revealed mentor group. We have plenty of room. Just be sure to specify you want LINDSAYREBEL's group. If you have any other questions regarding you exam feel free to PM me and and Iwill help you. I might be able to get send you a mock exam from Magickaspace. I'll try.

I know I posted this somewhere else and rec'd your answers but it still seems to me that too much emphasis is placed on the negativity of how others view Solitary Witches. I wish more emphasis was placed on the whys of a Solitary Witch instead of how others view him/her in a negative aspect. That said I won't bring it up again. Like some of us can't even get into a coven which is very difficult as they are so secretive and selective or we don't live in an area where covens even exist or we just want to be solitary witches for our own reasons.

In some cases solitary wiccans are looked down upon. Coven witches will say you can't be a true witch if you are solitary. I find this to be very untrue. Solitary wiccans are just as powerful and knowledgeable as a coven trained witch. Sometimes I think what some feel to realize is that there are many different branches of Wicca. Just because you are in a coven and practice Gardinarian wicca, for instance, doesn't mean someone can be solitary and practice electic wicca. These types of wiccans are the ones, IMO, that have a lot more to learn.

Thank you for your response, Lindsey Rebel. It's the one item in the Glossary I have a problem with because too much emphasis is how much negativity there may be for solitary witches vs those in a coven. I know several fine witches who are not in a coven and have heard some negative things about those who are in a coven such a manipulation, physic vampires (I was being attacked by the High Priestess when I was in a coven many years ago - needless to say I did not stay in it long). I just want to hear something positive about solitary witches because there are a lot of us out there and I don't think it makes us any less of a witch either. Thank you for yout thoughts.

MM WhiteDove,
The exams are not timed, however, sometimes the internet might "time out" if you take a long time, thus erasing your answers. After you submit, it make come back with a 0% because all of your answers were erased. If this happens, just contact the administrator at admin@magickaschool.com and they will reset it for you!
Good luck with your exam.
Blessed Be. Lina

I asked this question in my introduction thread, but I thought it was more aptly placed here.
Going beyond just passing the exam, how can I get the most out of this lesson? I've studied various Wiccan traditions before, but never really had someone test me on it; the thought of the exam is a little unnerving.
I've taken and copied all the information, including the glossary down into documents so that I can refer back to it; print it out, highlight important stuff, and just have it as a valuable personal resource.

Hi,
I'm new to Wicca and this forum (and any other) and I am feeling very overwhelmed about where to post and what to say. Would it be possible for me to be included in a Mentor group if they still exist? I tried the address in the Common Questions but it said it was out of order.
I am feeling very shy and lost and I was wondering if anyone else has this problem?
Thanks Emma
