Does someone have a spell to help with weight loss? i have been doing all the things i am supposed to. Diet, exercise, But the docter said it was impossible to loose weight now because of my stress levels and i am on estrogen because i had to have a hystrocitomy. Can someone please help? Stop drinking sodas, replace with water
NO SUGAR, at all, NONE
Eat small meals, but dont go hungry trying to starve yourself this slows metabolism, your body wont let go of the fat if it thinks it's going to need it later. And you'll give up.
Walk
You just have to be determined!! If you just do those 4 things you will loose weight!! Try it for 2 weeks, and dont cheat, you will loose weight! once you see progress it will motivate you to stick to it.
Also modern Gem therapy says Moonstone, and Topaz help regulate metabolism. You can ware a ring or necklace. ( but that alone wont take weight off. ) No magic, just hard work, a daily decision to get yourself in shape. And just keep thinking skinny.

Start utilizing Affirmations! Best spellwork for weightloss!

If you feel stress levels are the root cause, you may want to get down to the core of the belief, what causes your stress and how to balance it out. Start to meditate often and implement some breathing exercises as well as grounding and centering as often as you need to!

Drinking Water will help to get rid of impurities in your system.
I definitely agree in stopping the soda! If you HAVE to drink soda don't even go for the 'Diet' stuff, drink the real deal.
Eat within an hour upon waking for your day. It is said that if you do not eat within an hour of waking your metabolism slows down by a HUGE percentage than if you are to eat within that hour. It fuels your body so your body will be up and running, the metabolism will be higher and work for you not against you.
Incorporate more Vegan friendly foods into your routine. Sometimes if you eat a lot of meats or even dairy it can relate to depression and a weighted down feeling which can in turn make one lethargic and add to stresses of the body.

Envision yourself as how you desire to be! See your Ideal body, feel what its like to be in that body and make it a very real and vivid experience!

I'm no health expert but this is just some of the stuff that has worked for me!

Yea No diet soda, the aspartame it that stuff will cause all kinds of health problems. Some are working to get it banned, it's so bad for you.

i found a soda with no calories, no sugar and no carbs!!
so would that still be bad for me??
it also has ginseng and extra caffeine!!! which i LOVE :mrgreen: idk if i could give up my pepsi max,lol....

If it has an artificial sweetener, its probably got Aspartame, as most diet has it.

I'll be completely honest, I was 190lbs and I'm 5'3, this was my heaviest and now I'm 165ish and still losing, I was in a similar boat as you; my hormonal levels were CRAZY and I just couldn't help but gain weight for awhile. I'm going to tell you what helped me, because you say you're doing things right:

First off, it's mind over matter so please *please* don't look at the scale for the next month.

If you're anything like me, when I looked in the mirror I saw a fat, depressed girl who let herself go... and it sucks; and when things suck, I eat. I had to realize this, and it took awhile to get my mind into a state where I could look at myself and say: yeah, I'm fat, but it's COMPLETELY within my power to lose this weight. (I was on hormonal medication and anti-depressants too - talk about working against me!)

Now thinking it's within your power, and isn't that what Wicca is all about? "an' it harm *none* do what thou wilt" (stared for emphasis.) Don't harm yourself by eating bad food, don't poison your body with toxins from preservatives. To do this, I had to literally go through my pantry, fridge, drawers, etc and clean them OUT!

Side note: your body is likely addicted to things, and this will be a 2 week cleanse for you to try, and after 2 weeks try to keep going, be mindful of the things you put into your body because YOU ARE WORTH IT! You're important to the world, and you should be treated as the amazing creature you are. You need to remember that the person who has to care for you, is you:

CLEAN OUT:
-Anything with an ingredient you can't pronounce OR don't know what it is
-Anything with sugar (at all! this includes aspertaine, glucose, sucrose, etc.)
-All breakfast cereal that has less then 7g of fiber AND more then 3g of sugar, better yet, throw out all cereal and eat celery with peanut butter or have oatmeal (not instant)
-Anything that messes with hormone levels (non-organic milk, anything with soy - you can put these back into your diet after 2-3 weeks but watch, if you get headaches/stomach problems then cut them out entirely, it's amazing to see how your body reacts to food after you've cleansed it.)

So, what do I eat then?
-Buy tons of nuts if you can eat them: Hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, pecans etc this will help your body to build strength
- Find a way you can enjoy lots of food everyday I eat wraps for lunch or sandwichs made with Ezekiel bread or other natural breads. I eat cherry tomatoes by the handful. Make popcorn for a movie night, but make it from an air popper or on the stove. EAT AS MUCH FRUIT AND VEGGIES YOU CAN! Keep cut up fruit/veggies on hand or even buy yourself those party platter things with them cut up. Have brown rice and limit potatoes to once or twice a week (and limit the butter and salt)

The great thing with fruit/veggies is that most of them are catabolic, this means it takes your body more calories to burn the food then the food it's self had! That means your body will be stronger, leaner and will kickstart a (even a sluggish) metabolism.

Of course the second part is blood flow-that is excercise. What can you do, depends on your level of ability and what you enjoy. Want to centre yourself with a walk in the park two or three times a week? Perfect. Want to play dance-dance revolution on the playstation (I do!) play wii fit? Go swimming? Do aquacize?

There are plenty of options available, there are lots of workouts on youtube as well if you like workout videos.

This is all within your control and you will get frustrated, but it is something you can do, and although this is not technically a spell, it is a reminder to not harm yourself, and to uplift yourself: mind, body, and spirit.

My spirit didn't come back to me until just recently because I was lost behind my body. I'm starting to feel it again, and it's a wonderful and empowering thing.

Please message me if you have any questions, i can help you make a meal-plan and/or excersize plan. And this option is available to anyone reading this too; I'm not a dietitian, but I can at least try to help, the hard part is up to you.

WOOHOO!!!! today is day 2 of getting up and walking with my dog before the kids get up and drive me crazy!!!! i even went further today!!! not by a ton, but still :mrgreen:

As some of you might know/remember months ago i could literally barely walk due to my fibromyalgia/bursitis/blown discs. I have managed to come down off the oxycodone meds (i was taking enough daily to kill men 3x my size easily) and have gone to just vicodin sometimes :mrgreen:

Now ive started eating MUCH less meat (Thanx Michael. you are always so inspiring and i love all your vegan ideas etc...) and am cutting my sugar intake; ive even cut out some of my redbulls and sickeningly sweet hazelnut white mochas!!! ( :cry: :cry: :cry: )

Its just day 2 on the walking, but i think im feeling more energetic already and plan on using my wii fit frequently too soon!!!

OOH I'm so excited and happy and proud of you Ruby! Good Job!! I have noticed something concerning Fibro... My Co-worker claims it and I notice she feels it A LOT more when she is stressed and doesn't exercise. When she started exercising she was doing really REALLY well with it. When She stopped well shes back to her old routine. Hey going a little farther is a great accomplishment! Doesn't matter how far but you did it! That is splendid!

I'm starting P90X up again today. I took a break because i over exhausted my weaker side but now I'm healed and up to par and ready to BRING IT! Life is great! Y'all are doing such an amazing job!

i checked it in my car this afternoon and it was 1 and 1/5 of a mile,lol... but for day 2 i guess thats good :D i really had no clue how far i was going etc but at least now it will simpler to figure out a goal!
Now i just have to get on my stupid Wii fit and do some stuff in the evenings and ill be on my way! altho i dont like the yoga much so far because it doesnt seem to have the nice flow a yoga program/video does. its too stop and go and all over the place,lol....
still had my venti white chocolate caramel iced mocha this evening tho :shock: but it is my last for awhile sadly :cry: lol....

great going Ruby, keep it up! Maybe you can get a pedometer, one of these inexpensive little things to clip to you waistband to count your steps. My company handed them out as a fitness challenge and it really increased my activity because I wanted to see if I can walk just to the next 100, 1000 and so on. Good luck and bright blessings,

Hi,
I had the same problem;) It was awful!! I did invitro and IUI due to unknown infertility issues; Docs put me on a whole bunch of hormones (60 pounds heavier and it did not work). I did find the perfect spell for weight loss though. The results were not immediate but I shed a few pounds with it, and have completely changed my eating habits! I will find it when I get home and post it;) Be ready to meditate!!!

Something that helped me out:

I found myself craving sugary things after a while. It drove me INSANE! I even found myself starting for the pantry for something sweet and didn't even realize it until I had the box of candy in my hand.

One thing is, keep all sugary things out of your house PERIOD. If you have other people living with you, talk to them and ask that they not purchase or keep anything sugary in the house. Don't buy it, don't look at it in the grocery store, just don't keep it in the house.

If you get a craving for something tasty, fruits are nice. Don't take this as an open invitation to just gorge down grapes all day long, that won't do you any good either. Balance is what you want. If you're craving something sweet and yummy, grab a sweet green apple or a few strawberries!

supposedly blue light helps with weight loss. As you may notice not much food is blue. Simply change the light bulb in your fridge to a blue one and food will seem less attractive. Now that comes from my lovely girlfriend and she happens to be right about that stuff more often than not but I have not had to try it myself...sounds though its a pretty easy experiment and if it does not work you only waste the cost of a blue light bulb...
