I saw a make your own teabag on ebay the other day. They are empty teabags wth drawstrings, so I guess you would dry out the lavender then put some in the teabag and seep it in a cup of hot water.

First step.
1. Place the lavender between two piece of wax paper. 2. Place a weight on top of the wax paper. 3. Wait one to two days until the blossoms are dried. 4. Remove the weight and take out the flowers. 5. Remove the leaves from the stem. 6. Crumble the dried leaves and place into a pot or container
Making the Tea
1. Add hot water to tea pot. 2. Place dried lavender in to a tea ball and it and the tea bag to the water. ** 3. Bring to boil. 4. Remove from heat. 5. Let steep for five minutes.
** Instead of placing in a tea ball, you can place the dried lavender directly inside whatever your making the tea in. This would normally be a saucepan. Then after its been bought to boil and left to steep, simply find a clean cloth with largish holes and drain the mixture, getting rid of the bits.
Hope that helps
