Is someone able to tell me please. The Fountain of Light meditation - does this help to clear chakras?

--Sometimes my cats come and sit by me when I meditate. I like this, but the ginger has a purr like a jet engine, which is a little distracting sometimes. I feel the love, so can't be mad at her! lol

I use the Fountain of Light meditation sometimes and it does seem to help me open and clear my chakras.
